Support the training of employees in manufacturing operations at Solventum Flemington by providing hands-on and administrative assistance. Develop, deliver, and maintain effective training programs while ensuring a safety and quality-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Supports the training of employees at Solventum Flemington by providing both hands-on and administrative support to Manufacturing Operations
- Helps develop, deliver, and maintain effective training programs, materials, and records
- Models a safety- and quality-first mindset and ensures training programs enable production employees to work safely and produce high-quality products
- Assist in developing and updating training materials, plans, and assessments
- Support maintenance of curriculum database (Solventum Learn) and training records
- Ensure training documentation and records are complete, accurate, and compliant with required standards
- Support communication and roll out of updates and/or changes to training programs and/or documentation
- Provide employees and supervisors with one-on-one support as needed
- Design, prepare, and maintain training materials and resources
- Observe all safety rules, including actively wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE), using proper work procedures and equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of experience in a training role in a FDA regulated production environment
- OR High School Diploma/GED AND 7 years of experience in a training role in a FDA regulated production training environment
- Experience planning, prioritizing, and checking work for quality and accuracy
- Computer proficiency; familiar with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to learn new technology and teach others
- Close attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 2 years of experience in a training role in a FDA regulated production environment, or 7 years with a High School Diploma/GED
