Therapy Manager

About This Role

Lead the therapy team at Encompass Health, contributing to daily operations, providing direct patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily operations of the therapy team
• Schedule, orient, and train therapy staff
• Communicate with therapy staff and hospital departments
• Provide direct care to patients
• Build rewarding relationships by understanding patient needs

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years of experience in occupational/physical therapy or leadership
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in occupational/physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience
