About This Role

This role is for a new sales professional to engage with business owners and employees, providing high-quality supplemental insurance solutions within a designated territory. The position focuses on building client relationships and managing a personal client portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients
  • Expand professional network within the territory and neighboring communities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
  • Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team
  • Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local business owners
  • Follow up on referral leads and reservice existing clients
  • Build and nurture a personal client portfolio
  • Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and working hours; submit schedule to manager
  • Record daily work stats and sales activity updates

Qualifications
