This role is for a new sales professional to engage with business owners and employees, providing high-quality supplemental insurance solutions within a designated territory. The position focuses on building client relationships and managing a personal client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Utilize customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients
- Expand professional network within the territory and neighboring communities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
- Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs
- Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team
- Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local business owners
- Follow up on referral leads and reservice existing clients
- Build and nurture a personal client portfolio
- Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and working hours; submit schedule to manager
- Record daily work stats and sales activity updates

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience
- No prior sales experience necessary; relevant sales or athletic background considered for candidates with less than 4 years experience
