About This Role

This role is for a highly autonomous and independent Outside Sales Professional to expand the sales team in local markets, focusing on creating and nurturing client relationships within a dedicated territory, and offering industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
  • Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team
  • Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and reservice existing clients
  • Build and nurture your own client portfolio
  • Collaborate with the sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and working hours, submitting it to the sales team manager
  • Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each work day

Qualifications
