About This Role

This role is for a Senior Sales Representative and Training Mentor who will drive sales excellence and mentor new team members in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will establish a strong sales record and then transition into a mentorship position, continuously maintaining sales achievements to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Utilize leadership and training background to nurture new talent, sharing knowledge and passion in the field
• Balance the mentorship role with ongoing personal sales, demonstrating effective leadership through active participation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or in interactive roles (military, sports, healthcare, teaching, first responders)
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets
• Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship
• Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
