Territory Account Manager

About This Role

Join Cleanslate's sales team as an Account Manager for the NY Metro Area. This position provides cleaning and sanitizing products and solutions to hospitality customers, focusing on growing sales and servicing equipment within an established territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cleanslate to customers across hospitality industries
• Provide recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation programs
• Service dispensing systems for laundry and warewashing equipment
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance to ensure compliance with health guidelines
• Drive sales within an assigned territory
• Install, repair, and maintain warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment and systems
• Provide customers with training and product demonstrations
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Handle installation of equipment and solutions, ensuring full functionality and managing inventory
• Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person

Requirements

• Mechanical experience (plumbing, electrical) and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Availability for emergency calls, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reside in the NY area
