Termite Technician

About This Role

Protect customer properties from wood destroying organisms by conducting inspections, performing prevention, and applying termite treatment services. Communicate critical conditions to customers and ensure proper documentation of services.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer's termite problems and use knowledge of termite behaviors to determine remedial steps
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
• Communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity to customers and discuss structural modifications
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
• Complete production forms documenting services provided
• Interact with customers and explain services provided

Requirements

• Clean shaven face (for rebreather seal)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license from state of residence
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Flexibility with working hours (Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed)
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals for product mixing)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus
