Temporary Room Attendant

About This Role

Clean guest rooms and provide excellent customer service in a resort setting, ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests. Perform duties such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and stocking amenities.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Change bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Stock and maintain housekeeping closets and housekeeping vans daily
• Dispose of trash, recyclables, and food waste
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

Requirements

• 3 months successful experience in a hospitality business cleaning or customer service duties

Qualifications

• 3 months of successful experience at a restaurant, hotel, resort, private club, timeshare, or other hospitality business requiring cleaning or customer service duties.
