As the face of First Hawaiian Bank, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately process financial transactions, and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services at the Kaneohe Bay branch.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a thorough understanding of bank products and services
- Serve diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors
- Perform basic mathematical calculations and balance cash with the assistance of a calculator
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in cash handling
- One year of experience in customer service
- Knowledge of the financial services industry (e.g., retail, mortgage/loans/deposits, and wholesale banking)
- Pleasant and tactful demeanor when interacting with customers
- Good oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and balance cash with the assistance of a calculator
- Possess sales skills to enhance business development opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in cash handling and one year of experience in customer service
