This Teller position contributes to the overall success of a Retail Banking Center by accurately processing transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining operational objectives. The role involves routine customer interactions, problem resolution, and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Process all transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide remarkable customer service through all interactions
- Perform routine customer requests and basic complaint resolution
- Complete Comerica's Teller Training Program successfully
- Follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and security guidelines
- Document and reconcile all transactions during and at the end of each shift
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential
- Complete assigned daily planning activities and act as a digital ambassador
- Introduce customers to Comerica's products/services, digital solutions, and answer questions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and Comerica's policies
Requirements
- 6 months of Retail or financial sales experience OR 2 years of U.S. Military service OR 1 year of college
- 1 year of experience in customer service
- 1 year of experience with personal computer, systems data entry or internet search
Qualifications

Nice to Have
- Cash handling experience in a retail or financial services environment
