About This Role

Process financial transactions, balance cash drawers, and assist customers in a retail banking environment. Also, identify customer needs and cross-sell banking products to support their financial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner
• Complete transactions via lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable
• Actively listen to customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services with customer-centric recommendations
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services

Requirements

• Basic math skills
• Computer/typing skills
• Ability to count U.S. currency
• Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
