Technology Strategy Senior Consultant

About This Role

This role involves guiding clients through critical moments and transformational initiatives using technology strategy. You will develop strategies to increase profitability, catalyze growth, and deliver value across stakeholders by determining platforms, architectures, and new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategies to increase a company's profitability, catalyze growth, and deliver value across stakeholders
• Determine the platforms to adopt, architectures to build, ways of working to change, and capabilities improvements required to operate at efficient scale
• Craft quality deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day client relationships
• Synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions and selecting relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements
• Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope
• Design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years consulting and/or industry experience
• 2+ years of experience creating project materials, including roadmaps, presentations (PowerPoint), business case, business process and transformation plans
• Participated in one or more projects involving IT Strategy, Cloud Strategy, Platform Strategy, IT Outsourcing Advisory, Digital Transformation Architecture Blueprinting and Roadmaps, Digital Technology Spend Optimization, Current State IT Capability Assessment, Future State IT Capability Design, IT Transformation Roadmap Development, IT Service Management Assessment, Application Assessment, Data Management Strategy and Architecture, IT Process and Tool Deployment, IT Cost Optimization and Effectiveness, IT Service Delivery and Outsourcing Assessment, IT Governance, Operating Model, and Delivery Model Assessment, IT Financial Management Analysis
• Experience with ITIL, ISO 20000, COBiT frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years consulting and/or industry experience, with 2+ years creating project materials

Nice to Have

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Experience working with cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/BPaaS), digital, and analytics solutions
• Advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA Preferred)
