Technician Trainee

About This Role

As a Technician Trainee, you will learn the mechanical aspects of vehicles and provide assistance to the workshop while developing the necessary skills and training for automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Learn the most up-to-date process for mechanical aspects of vehicles
• Work closely with main shop technicians and the Service Manager
• Provide assistance to the workshop by completing tasks defined by the trainer/team leader or Shop Foreman
• Work in a supervised capacity until management feels necessary skills and training have been acquired
• Work with due diligence to complete designated tasks and vehicular repair to avoid additional damage
• Follow all rules of the road and posted speed limits while driving customer and dealership owned vehicles

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current valid driver’s license
• Clean MVR
• Willingness to undergo background requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical Auto School training and/or Audi program preferred

• Audi program
