As a Technician Trainee, you will learn the mechanical aspects of vehicles and provide assistance to the workshop while developing the necessary skills and training for automotive repair.
Responsibilities
- Learn the most up-to-date process for mechanical aspects of vehicles
- Work closely with main shop technicians and the Service Manager
- Provide assistance to the workshop by completing tasks defined by the trainer/team leader or Shop Foreman
- Work in a supervised capacity until management feels necessary skills and training have been acquired
- Work with due diligence to complete designated tasks and vehicular repair to avoid additional damage
- Follow all rules of the road and posted speed limits while driving customer and dealership owned vehicles
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current valid driver’s license
- Clean MVR
- Willingness to undergo background requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical Auto School training and/or Audi program preferred
