Technical Project Manager

About This Role

Drive innovation by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of emerging technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience excellence. Collaborate across IT, business units, and external partners to evaluate, pilot, and implement next-generation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of emerging technology projects using agile and hybrid methodologies
• Define project scope, goals, success metrics, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
• Partner with IT leadership to identify and evaluate emerging technologies that align with business priorities
• Translate technical trends into actionable project opportunities and roadmaps
• Conduct feasibility assessments, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs to validate new solutions
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Facilitate clear communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Lead stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive briefings
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, and post-implementation reviews

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management in IT or digital transformation
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, RPA, cloud platforms, and data analytics
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, ServiceNow) and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to inform decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in IT or digital transformation environments.
