Technical Project Manager

About This Role

This Technical Project Manager role will support Scaled Operations by leading Infrastructure and AI programs to transform operational processes. The role involves proactively addressing ill-defined issues, providing strategy and direction, and leading the execution of large-scale initiatives related to AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of community support processes, products, and policies, and drive system design discussions in Infrastructure and Security domains.
• Analyze, map, and redesign internal operational workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency gains.
• Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of technology solutions, developing and managing end-to-end project plans.
• Architect end-to-end automation solutions, leading technical design discussions and ensuring technical scalability, robustness, and compliance with standards.
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems, analyzing complex support flows and providing recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements.
• Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics and business impact of automation initiatives to determine where to focus optimization efforts.
• Manage cross-functional programs covering a range of products across all lines of the business, driving cross-functional engagement with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Develop playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices to scale successful automations across Scaled Operations.

Requirements

• Experience leading medium/large scale technology solution implementation, specifically within automation, AI, or advanced system infrastructure domains.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with analytical and complex problem-solving experience.
• Experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application to business process optimization.
• Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
• Track record of operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
• Hands-on experience in AI and managing AI efficiency programs.
• US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
