Technical Account Consultant (Benefits)

About This Role

Serve as the "Benefits Expert" for Rippling's customers, guiding them through the benefits products and best practices. Project manage customer engagements, drive enablement of key features, and provide white-glove service to HR/Benefits administrators.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various internal and external teams to execute project engagements for optimizing customer use of Rippling's benefits solutions
• Encourage customer enablement of key benefits features and timelines while consulting on best practices for seamless HR workflow integration
• Ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement, particularly in benefits management
• Become the go-to resource for both customers and coworkers on Rippling's benefits products by the 90th day

Requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support
• Passion for helping customers and colleagues succeed in benefits management
• Ruthless prioritization and time management skills
• Master project/task manager
• Ability to explain complex scenarios in simple, clear written or verbal communications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent HR problems
• Interest in actively working with product and engineering teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support. Preferred: 3+ years of experience with benefits products.
