Lead and scale a global sales organization responsible for bringing Rippling's Global Products (EOR, Global Payroll, Global Payroll Contractors) to market. This role involves defining go-to-market strategies and partnering cross-functionally to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape and align on go-to-market strategy, outbound campaigns, and market segmentation globally
- Define and execute an 12-18 month vision for global expansion and core business metric improvement
- Active involvement in annual and quarterly planning
- Manage, coach, and scale a team of Sales Leaders
- Assist team throughout strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and mapping value
- Drive sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment
- Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting
- Identify and make recommendations for process, efficiency, and productivity improvements
Requirements
- Experience being a Global Sales Leader in net new logo sales space
- Process-oriented problem solver accustomed to working closely with product and operations
- Experience building businesses from 0 and leading from the front
- Experience with hyper-scale and building a supportive team
- Data-oriented with a focus on measurement and proactive sales motions
- Ability to make quick, decisive decisions and execute quickly
- Open mind for collaboration and first principles thinking
- Experience selling into high velocity organizations (deal cycles less than 6 months)
- Experience selling strategic deals with an ACV of 25k - $1M+
- Track record of success in similar roles at high-growth, fast-moving SaaS companies
Qualifications
- Experience being a Global Sales Leader in net new logo sales space
