Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and drive-thru efficiently
- Prepare customer orders accurately
- Maintain sanitation standards
- Operate fryers and griddles
- Lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Promote White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive energy and friendliness
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
