About This Role

Join White Castle as a Team Member to create memorable moments for customers and prepare our iconic Original Slider. This role involves customer service, order preparation, and maintaining sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Operate the cash register and drive-thru system
  • Prepare customer orders
  • Maintain sanitation standards
  • Work the fryer/griddle
  • Promote White Castle initiatives and brand loyalty

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
  • Ability to lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
  • Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
