Join White Castle as a Team Member to create memorable moments for customers by providing excellent service, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and drive-thru
- Prepare customer orders
- Maintain sanitation standards
- Work the fryer/griddle
- Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive energy and friendliness
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

- No experience necessary as training will be provided.
