Join a team responsible for creating memorable customer experiences and preparing White Castle's iconic Original Slider. This role involves customer service, order preparation, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and drive-thru
- Prepare customer orders
- Maintain sanitation standards
- Operate fryer and griddle
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive energy and friendliness
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Be a team player and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
