Join White Castle, America's first fast food restaurant, as a Team Member to create memorable moments and prepare The Original Slider®. This entry-level role involves customer service, handling transactions, order preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and drive-thru
- Prepare food orders, including working the fryer/griddle
- Maintain sanitation standards
- Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive energy and friendliness
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Good person and team player, treating others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
