As a Team Member at White Castle, you will create memorable moments for customers by providing excellent service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and drive-thru
- Prepare customer orders
- Maintain sanitation standards
- Operate the fryer and griddle
Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Be a team player and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
