About This Role

Urban Air is seeking energetic individuals for various team member roles, including Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, and Café Positions, to provide excellent customer service in an indoor adventure park setting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, or Café position
  • Perform duties in a physically active indoor adventure park environment

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to and from the Park
  • Ability to work at least one shift between Monday-Thursday
  • Ability to work two shifts between Friday-Sunday
  • High energy individual
  • Excellent customer service skills

Nice to Have

  • Previous work experience in retail or hospitality
  • Cash handling experience
  • Athletic-minded individual
