Team Member

About This Role

The Team Member provides excellent customer service, explains car wash services, and accurately processes transactions. This role involves working outdoors, maintaining the site, and assisting customers with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain Quick Quack Car Wash services
• Assist customers with questions, resolve complaints, and direct them as needed
• Ensure accurate sales transactions and balance the cash register
• Sell additional services and vending items to customers
• Maintain merchandising in vending carts and ensure site cleanliness
• Explain car wash entry procedures and follow prepping procedures for safety

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately
• Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform repetitive movements and endure extended periods of standing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Clean driving record (no major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years)
• Current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
