About This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers, manage transactions, and maintain store appearance. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Make purchase suggestions
• Assist with the food program
• Maintain high standards for store appearance (inside and out)
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Work with an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
