About This Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will engage with customers, manage transactions, and maintain store appearance. This role offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries
• Operate the register and handle cash transactions
• Make purchase suggestions to customers
• Assist with food program duties
• Maintain high standards for store appearance (inside and out)
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Work collaboratively with a team to accomplish daily tasks

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
