About This Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and assist with our food program, all while working in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Operate the register and cashier functions
• Make purchase suggestions
• Assist with the food program
• Maintain high standards for store appearance (inside and out)
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Work as part of an energetic team accomplishing daily tasks around the store

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
