About This Role

This role drives operational efficiencies and manages compliant marketing and retention campaigns for NFP Medicare and Individual Advisors. It also oversees the accuracy and maintenance of compliance data for advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance CRM (AgencyBloc) workflows for individual and Medicare retention and marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across regions.
  • Create and maintain procedural workflows to maximize efficiency for regional sales teams.
  • Maintain website blog and update content with CMS approved content, liaising with corporate marketing for brand governance.
  • Produce automated emails for client communications (quarterly and ad hoc).
  • Assist agents and NFP Medicare Services with developing an online social media presence using CMS approved content.
  • Upload books of businesses from various sources for downline and W-2 employees.
  • Maintain contracted AgencyBloc user licenses, allocate monthly fees, distribute invoices, and process payment requests.
  • Act as the primary contact for AgencyBloc issues and training requests, attending conferences to learn best practices.
  • Generate reports on pipeline, revenue, client books of business, and client carrier listings while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA.
  • Maintain E&O and licensing data for agents for annual carrier audits and request licensure and carrier appointments.
  • Maintain documentation on OIG and GSA exclusions for carrier audits and liaise with corporate compliance team.
  • Monitor general email boxes for all regions and assign leads appropriately.
  • Work with Regional Leaders to ensure Advisors are available in all states and maintain the Advisor listing.
  • Liaise with corporate marketing team for national campaigns, resources, presentation templates, and website support.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital market or equivalent education
  • Strong database skills
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Effective priority and deadline management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Problem-solving and data collection skills
  • Interpretation of technical instructions and handling abstract/concrete variables

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in digital market or equivalent education

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of Medicare products and services
  • AgencyBloc familiarity
  • Experience in Medicare or individual health insurance
