The Team Enablement Coordinator drives operational efficiencies and manages compliant marketing and retention campaigns for NFP's Medicare and Individual Advisors. This role also ensures the accuracy and maintenance of compliance data.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance CRM (AgencyBloc), creating and maintaining workflows for retention and marketing efforts.
- Maintain website blog and content using CMS approved materials, liaising with corporate marketing.
- Produce automated emails for client communications and assist with social media presence.
- Upload books of business and manage AgencyBloc user licenses and billing.
- Attend annual Bloc Builder conference to maximize AgencyBloc efficiencies and act as a go-to for support.
- Generate reporting on pipeline, revenue, and client books of business.
- Maintain E&O and licensing data for agents, request licensure and carrier appointments.
- Liaise with corporate compliance for regulatory guidance and escalations.
- Monitor general email boxes for all regions and assign leads appropriately.
- Work with Regional Leaders to maintain Advisor listings and liaise with corporate marketing for national campaigns and resources.

- Microsoft suite familiarity with proficiency in Outlook and Excel
- Problem-solving and data collection skills
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in digital market or equivalent education

- Understanding of Medicare products and services
- AgencyBloc familiarity
- Experience in Medicare or individual health insurance
