Task Associate

About This Role

The Task Associate at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maintaining operational excellence to support sales, ensuring shelves are stocked, and the store is clean. This role focuses on executing tasks, managing merchandise, and upholding store standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training for continuous professional development and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory, and process shipments.
• Maintain assigned work area replenished, signed, faced, and ensure testers are available.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness across all areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.

Requirements

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
