Act as a trusted advisor and integral member of the leadership team for assigned business segments, ensuring human resources activities align with company culture and values. Partner with corporate People Services functions to deliver positive business results and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure People Services (PS) activities are aligned with DaVita’s culture, values, and mission
- Execute on PS strategy to support the needs of the business
- Partner with other corporate PS functions (e.g., Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting)
- Act as an internal consultant and strategist to deliver positive business results
- Ensure adherence to PS policies and compliance with Teammate Relations findings and action plans
