Provide comprehensive system support, administration, and product support for over 25,000 distributed endpoints including Apple and PC devices. Expand, develop, and maintain the company's endpoint infrastructure and configuration management environment, collaborating with various teams and third-party vendors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with network engineering, business application, and other teams to implement desktop and server systems
- Deploy workstations, printers, all-in-one devices
- Manage all operating systems and end-user software
- Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise data on computers
- Support and administer existing mobile devices including iPads, iPhones, Android devices, Mac and PC computers
- Provide ongoing effort to ensure all endpoints are properly updated, maintained, and patched
- Work with other teams on project work including integrations, LNN media assistance and other initiatives
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Perform research around innovative technology and its administration and integration into Lennar applications and systems
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and third parties such as vendors to support innovative technology
- Perform activation, termination and suspension of new mobile voice and data accounts with carriers
- Add and remove international voice and data plans as associates travel internationally
- Administer Enterprise Mobility Management systems including enrollment and management of mobile devices
Requirements
- Five + years relevant work experience (Mobility, macOS & iOS, pc, tablet systems/solutions)
- Extensive experience and expertise in macOS and Apple iOS
- Extensive experience in planning, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft Office 365 solutions
- Extensive experience in Windows operating systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience / certifications
- Five + years relevant work experience (Mobility, macOS & iOS, pc, tablet systems/solutions)
Nice to Have
- Extensive experience in enterprise mobility management systems administration (AirWatch or JAMF Pro, Intune)
- Experience with enterprise-level mobility administration and account administration with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon & T-Mobile)
