About This Role

This role is for a Principal Calypso Analyst within the Fund and Investment Operations Technology team, providing end-to-end solutions for complex trade processing and collateral management challenges.

Responsibilities

• Combine business analysis, Calypso configuration expertise, and development skills
• Lead projects involving analysts and developers
• Coach and mentor team members

Requirements

• 9+ years of business/systems analysis experience
• Derivative Trade Processing and Collateral Management domain expertise
• Hands-on Calypso Configuration & CATT tool experience
• Defining clear requirements for financial applications
• Leading projects with analysts/developers
• Coaching/mentoring team members
• Strong analytical skills and project delivery record
• Excellent communication and relationship skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, Finance, or related field
• 9+ years of business/systems analysis experience (financial services preferred)
