Supply Chain Ops Analyst

About This Role

This role will lead and support projects, process improvements, and reporting activities within the Sales and Operations Planning process for Kitchen and Bath Americas. This includes managing demand and supply projections, risk analysis, and capacity reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects, process improvements and reporting activities within the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Kitchen and Bath Americas across all categories and sites
• Perform Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reconciliation
• Balance short term vs long term demand and supply projections
• Conduct risk analysis
• Perform capacity site reviews
• Ensure forecast attainment
• Provide oversight and delivery of projects and business enablement within the Americas Supply Chain as needed
• Assemble and lead project teams
• Identify appropriate resources needed for project execution
• Develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
• Establish KPIs for determining project success
• Control for project cost, quality, schedule, and scope across multiple business functions
