Manage the daily operations of the central distribution warehouse, supervising Material Specialist Technicians, Material Handlers, and Receiving Clerks. Ensure smooth material processes, accurate inventory monitoring, and provide customer service support for departmental supply needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the warehouse
- Supervise Materials Specialist Technicians, Material Handlers and Receiving clerks
- Ensure the smooth flow of material processes
- Ensure each process is performed accurately and completely
- Monitor inventory levels
- Provide support for department's supply needs
- Act as the department's liaison regarding customer service matters
- Demonstrate the LifeBridge Health Core Purpose and values daily
- Promote Innovation, Compassion, Respect, Teamwork, and Accountability
- Promote positive working relationship with staff
Requirements
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree
- 3-5 years of experience
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (2 years college) or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience
