Food Services Host-Hostess

About This Role

This role involves meeting with patients in the Food Services department to take meal orders, as well as delivering and collecting food trays. The host will also manage tray line responsibilities, stock and clean unit kitchens, and deliver tube feeding supplies.

Responsibilities

• Perform the spoken menu program in the Food Services department
• Meet with patients to obtain food choices for meals daily
• Deliver and collect food trays
• Fulfill tray line responsibilities
• Stock and clean unit kitchens and other assigned areas
• Deliver tube feeding formula and supplies
• Work in the kitchen or cafeteria as assigned

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Less than 2 years Customer service or food service experience preferred.

• Customer service or food service experience
