Superintendent - K-12 Construction

About This Role

Oversee K-12 education construction projects from start to finish, managing construction crews and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget for a respected general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage construction crews and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Ensure safety regulations are followed on the construction site
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects
• Regularly report project progress to stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or delays in the project
• Conduct quality control checks
• Supervise site clean up

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Familiarity with architectural and engineering plans
• Clear and concise communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Effective conflict resolution and decision-making
• 5+ years experience in construction with a general contractor
• Experience on ground up K-12 or municipal projects
