About This Role

Direct and supervise field operations for construction projects, ensuring successful completion of schedules and managing budget outcomes. Establish positive working relationships with project teams, clients, and subcontractors while upholding quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects, including short interval schedules
• Schedule manpower and develop a working budget
• Control job progress by managing subcontractors, solving problems, and using proper documentation, quality control, and safety control techniques
• Control project costs by weekly evaluation of labor, material, and equipment costs
• Demonstrate superior construction process knowledge
• Insure customer satisfaction by recognizing and meeting all client's needs
• Provide leadership through team building, motivation, and good judgment
• Manage, mentor, and coach other Pepper Construction Supervisors
• Ensure all parties understand the importance of safety and educate as needed
• Market the Company to clients, architects, engineers, building officials, and inspectors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a field supervision role in commercial construction
