Superintendent - Commercial Projects

About This Role

Oversee daily construction site operations for commercial projects up to $50M, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. Coordinate with stakeholders, enforce safety, and maintain quality control for a top Northern New England contractor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively
• Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
• Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements

• 2+ years of Superintendent experience (open to Assistants)
• Ground-up experience
• Local to New Hampshire and willing to commute throughout the local area
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and other construction related software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to adapt to project management
• Strong problem solving skills

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Superintendent experience (open to Assistants) with ground-up experience
