About This Role

Manage multiple work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume unionized manufacturing environment as a Summer Vacation Replacement (SVR) Supervisor. Coordinate daily team activities to achieve business metrics and implement Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple work teams in a fast paced, high volume unionized manufacturing environment
• Coordinate daily team activities to achieve business metrics
• Implement Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) tools and processes
• Oversee and develop highly functioning work teams
• Practice the Stellantis Leadership Principles

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or Equivalent
• Ability to work any shift (1st, 2nd or 3rd) and overtime as required
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or Equivalent

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree or working towards the completion of a bachelor’s degree
• Previous manufacturing supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members
• Previous experience working in a union environment
• Strong background in LEAN manufacturing systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
