This role will establish the framework for sales strategies and field readiness across Account Management and Business Development. The goal is to enhance customer engagement and sales outcomes through strategic enablement support, including salesmanship training, go-to-market playbooks, and a structured coaching framework.
Responsibilities
- Author and maintain concise value messaging, talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive battle cards by segment/persona
- Lead sales enablement programs to accelerate Account Management and Business Development proficiency, focusing on territory strategy, prospecting, and deal execution
- Plan and deliver core business development sales skills training (discovery, qualification, negotiation, executive storytelling) and account management discipline
- Package new/updated solutions into actionable sales playbooks and certify field teams for launches
- Own the enablement library content (e.g., Highspot) version control, findability, and retirement of stale content
- Build toolkits for sales managers, including rep performance readouts, coaching guides, and call review frameworks aligned to enablement plays
- Package Marketing, Product, and RevOps inputs into sell-ready tools and proactively resolve emerging gaps
- Track adoption and impact (e.g., ramp time, win rate, pipeline hygiene, time to first deal) and adjust programs accordingly
Requirements
- 4+ years in Sales/Revenue/Field Enablement or Sales Strategy with proven impact on ramp and win rates
- Experience building employee onboarding and curricula for Account Management/Business Development
- Experience facilitating live training and certifications
- Strong GTM writing skills (plays, talk tracks, battle cards)
- Content stewardship experience (e.g., Highspot)
- Cross-functional operator comfortable aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps
- Outreach.io proficient (including Kaia)
- Salesforce proficient
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant experience, specifically in Sales/Revenue/Field Enablement or Sales Strategy
Nice to Have
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments to drive unified sales initiatives
- Proven success in developing go-to-market (GTM) plans and sales plays
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and customer messaging
- Background in designing sales processes, training programs, or onboarding frameworks
