This role involves owning and growing key customer relationships for a rapidly scaling AI automation company, driving revenue retention and expansion within strategic pharmacy accounts. The Strategic Account Manager will ensure customers maximize the value from TJM Labs' solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic pharmacy accounts post-sale
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities based on customer workflows, volume, and operational needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to pharmacy leadership (owners, operators, executives)
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams
- Monitor account health, usage, and outcomes to proactively mitigate risk
- Lead strategic business reviews and roadmap conversations
- Ensure customers continue to realize and expand value from TJM Labs’ automation solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales
- Proven experience driving renewals and expansion revenue
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, expansion ARR)
- Ability to translate product capabilities into business and operational impact
- Comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and outcomes-oriented
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments
- Experience in a startup environment
- Experience with SaaS/AI
