About This Role

This role involves owning and growing key customer relationships for a rapidly scaling AI automation company, driving revenue retention and expansion within strategic pharmacy accounts. The Strategic Account Manager will ensure customers maximize the value from TJM Labs' solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic pharmacy accounts post-sale
  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities based on customer workflows, volume, and operational needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to pharmacy leadership (owners, operators, executives)
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams
  • Monitor account health, usage, and outcomes to proactively mitigate risk
  • Lead strategic business reviews and roadmap conversations
  • Ensure customers continue to realize and expand value from TJM Labs’ automation solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales
  • Proven experience driving renewals and expansion revenue
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, expansion ARR)
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into business and operational impact
  • Comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders
  • Highly organized, proactive, and outcomes-oriented

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Experience with SaaS/AI
