About This Role

A Victoria's Secret & Co Store Manager is a values-based leader who drives top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring operational excellence. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences and consistency in performance and execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales through sales floor leadership, coaching, development, and personal selling
• Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, and inventory control
• Coach and develop leaders as a content expert in brand, team, and operations
• Oversee weekly schedules for leaders and associates
• Lead and demonstrate company values within the store
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personally selling
• Conduct associate observations and coaching
• Manage labor hours to drive top line sales and profit
• Maintain overall appearance and presentation of the brand by upholding visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless communication and execution of brand actions

Requirements

• Passion for Victoria's Secret Brand
• Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results
• Ability to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making
• Proven ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners to get things done
