About This Role

Join our team as a full-time, day shift Sterile Processing Tech, responsible for the decontamination, preparation, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment utilizing infection control and safety practices in our Tyler, TX facility.

Responsibilities

Perform decontamination of surgical instruments and medical equipment
Prepare surgical instruments and medical equipment for sterilization
Sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
Distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment throughout the surgery center
Utilize infection control and safety practices during all phases of the process

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent

Nice to Have

One year of related experience in a hospital or outpatient operating room
Two years of related experience in a hospital or outpatient operating room
Sterile Processing Technician Certification
