This Sterile Processing Tech role involves processing, sterilizing, and maintaining medical instruments and equipment to ensure optimal patient care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, fill and deliver supply orders
• Process and sterilize instrument trays
• Clean and inspect patient equipment
• Gather instruments and supplies for surgical case carts
• Operate sterilization equipment and computer systems
• Inventory and restock departmental supplies and special carts
• Communicate clearly and openly with team members
• Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment
• Be accountable for performance and seek ways to improve patient experience
• Take initiative for professional growth and contribute to a winning team

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Sterile Processing Technician program

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Sterile Processing Technician program
• 2 years direct instrumentation experience is preferred.

Nice to Have

• 2 years direct instrumentation experience
