State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

About This Role

Provide compassionate direct care as a State Tested Nursing Assistant in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring a safe environment and attending to residents' physical needs and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for residents
• Give emotional and social support to residents
• Attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting
• Perform direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan
• Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies
• Maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures

Requirements

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state
