The Start Technician Manager oversees seasonal Start Technicians and manages initial services for new pest control customers. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing technicians, as well as working in the field to ensure high-quality service and foster customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and ensure proper licensing for Pest Control Start Technicians and lead weekly team meetings
- Issue pest control products and chemicals, and perform daily technician and customer audits to ensure quality service
- Assist technicians in the field, review accounts for SCR uploads, and manage and audit technician routes
- Serve as a key contact for Start Technicians and Sales Managers for communication and coordination
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company insurance standards
- Ability to earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing
