This seasonal management role oversees Start Technicians and manages initial services for new customers, ensuring long-term relationships and brand loyalty. The role involves recruiting, training, and supporting technicians to facilitate business growth. The Start Technician Manager reports to the Shorewood, Illinois branch.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and ensure proper licensing for Pest Control Start Technicians
- Lead weekly team meetings to provide ongoing support for technicians
- Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians as needed
- Perform daily technician and customer audits to ensure quality service
- Assist technicians in the field regularly
- Review accounts to ensure SCRs are being uploaded
- Manage and audit technician routes throughout the day
- Serve as the main point of contact for Start Technicians and Sales Managers
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
