This role will coordinate recruitment functions, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate travel, and overseeing pre-hire activities, to align exceptional talent with business needs while ensuring compliance and supporting employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Schedule phone screens and interviews for recruiting staff and hiring teams
- Prepare and communicate interview schedules, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal staff
- Manage day-to-day feedback and operate the automated scheduling system
- Coordinate and confirm candidate travel logistics for onsite interviews and new hire orientation
- Submit and manage all travel expenses for candidate interviews
- Coordinate conference room bookings for interviews, ensuring space and technology needs are met
- Conduct weekly new hire update calls with key stakeholders
- Prepare and send background and drug screenings, including U.S. Treasury background checks
- Track receipt and completion of background processes and communicate status updates
- Manage communication on background clearances and start date updates to candidates and staff
- Oversee the employee referral bonus program and administer payouts
- Administer and collect results of the candidate experience survey
- Monitor the EWS recruiting shared mailbox
- Conduct and record results of quarterly FCRA internal team audits
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of related experience in an HR support role or high volume administrative role
- Experience maintaining and utilizing various ATS systems
- Knowledge of employment-related legal requirements
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- High sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Background and drug screen
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 or more years’ of related experience in an HR support role or in a high volume administrative role in a professional environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday applicant tracking software
- Additional related education and/or experience
- Experience conducting and responding to audits
- Prior immigration support experience
